The machine consists of a rotating frame to support two steel cylinders complete with covers and locking device. These cylinders are mounted on a shaft at an angle of 30 degrees with the axis of rotations of shaft. The shaft rotates at 30 – 33 rpm through a reduction gear operated by motor.
