The Department of Mathematics at IIT Kanpur offers BS, BS-MS (dual-degree) in Mathematics and Scientific Computing and M.Sc programme in Mathematics. Admission to the BS programme is through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) is conducted for admission to M.Sc. (Four Semesters) to all IITs.
