Dr Reddy’s Lab Hyderabad: Manager, Senior Manager & Quality Control head (2008-2010)

  • In the middle management role at Dr Reddy’s laboratory, biologics development centre for two years, I was involved in multiple projects in managing development, quality, regulations, manufacturing, assurance, technology transfer, data analytics, manpower & efficiency planning, career planning and system improvement in the area of biopharmaceuticals. Many reports were written and reviewed by me to cater different businesses of biopharmaceutical manufacturing. I was responsible for assigning job responsibilities to scientists and managers. I was signatory of auditable quality documents, approving authority for: leaves, company resources, training, recruiting people, discrepancies management, cross functional documentation, handling market complains and regulatory queries. As Head of Quality control, I was the authority to release the drug through Certificate of Analysis to the market.
