  • Mr. Anjani Kumar Pandey, PhD student of Prof. S.P. Rath, has received the best poster award in 23rd CRSI National Symposium in Chemistry (CRSI-NSC-23) held at IISER Bhopal from 13-15th July, 2018.

  • Prof. Vinod K. Singh, Department of Chemistry, IIT Kanpur, and Director of IISER Bhopal, has been awarded the Professor Subramania Ranganathan Memorial Medal (2018) of Indian National Science Academy.

  • Prof. D. Goswami has been elected as a Fellow of The Institute of Physics (IOP), UK.

  • Dr Nisanth N Nair has received the "Distinguished Lectureship Award" by the Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ), in the field of Theoretical Chemistry, during its 98th annual meeting held in Nihon University, Funabashi, Japan (March 20-23, 2018).

  • Dr Basker Sunderaraju has been invited to be a member of Early Career Advisory Board for the journal ACS Catalysis.

  • Dr. Pratik Sen, Dr. M. Chandra and Dr. T. G. Gopakumar have been awarded Young Faculty Research Fellowship by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India, for a period of 5 years.

  • On the occasion of the Foundation Day celebration of Uttar Pradesh (UP Diwas: January 24, 2018), Prof. Vinod K Singh and Prof. Sandeep Verma have been chosen for felicitation by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh for their remarkable accomplishments in their profession.
