Admission to B.Tech. Program

Admission into the B.Tech and Dual-degree (BTech-MTech) programs of all departments of all IITs is made once a year through a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).

The CSE Department at IIT Kanpur admits 35 students every year in its BTech program, and 27 students in the Dual-degree (BTech-MTech) program.
