Currently the Department offers the following post-graduate (PG) programmes:
(i) Master of Technology (M.Tech.),
(ii) Master of Science (by research) M.S. (R) and
(iii) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
(iii) Integrated PhD Program (through JAM)
In addition, students registered for B.Tech. programmes in other departments can opt for the B.Tech.-M.Tech (Dual) degree programme.

The Department welcomes motivated and enthusiastic students of diverse backgrounds to apply for admissions into these programmes. Advertisements for PG admissions are made twice a year, typically in February and September and applications can be made via online admission portal.
