The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Farrukh Alvi, Senior Associate Provost – Strategic Initiatives and Innovation, Don Fuqua Eminent Scholar & Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and Inaugural Executive Director of the FSU InSPIRE Center, from the FAMU–FSU College of Engineering, Florida, U.S.

During his recent visit to IIT Kanpur, Prof. Farrukh Alvi engaged in a high-level meeting with Prof. Bushra Ateeq, Dean of International Relations, alongside Prof. Ashoke De, Prof. Rajesh Ranjan, and Prof. Tufan K. Guha from the Department of Aerospace Engineering. The discussion centered on advancing the partnership between IIT Kanpur and FAMU–FSU through strategic initiatives, including joint research programs, student and faculty exchanges, and collaborative academic ventures.
