Due to the limited availability of Guest House / Hostel accommodation, it is desirable that the reservations are made as early as possible. Booking amount payable for Guest House/Hostel accommodation will be for the entire period of the conference. The applicable charges are:
1) Hotels - as per applicable charges (for details click here)
2) Guest houses (both in Kanpur city and at IIT Kanpur)- Rs.2,500
3) Student's Hostel accommodation at IIT Kanpur - Rs.500
