Payment options

For making payment towards applicable charges the following modes of payment are available. Please note that all Indian delegates are requested to pay in INR (Indian rupees) only, and all other delegates are requested to pay in US Dollars.

1) By Demand draft/ Banker's Cheque (For all delegates):

The Demand draft of the amount as per above table should be drawn in favor of "IWPSD-2011" payable at "Kanpur". On the back side of demand draft write down delegate name and e-mail address used in Conference registration.

The demand draft should reach the following address before the deadline quoted under "Type of registration":

2) By Thirdparty/NEFT transfer (For delegates from INDIA):

Please note the following:

1) Please ensure that “receiver details” is properly entered and also mention your name in remarks while transferring the amount by NEFT. This will help us in easy identification of the depositor.
2) Delegates should obtain the transaction number, i.e., 11 digit UTR number from the bank which is to be filled in conference registration details.
3) A soft copy of NEFT payment report generated may be sent by e-mail to with a copy to to expedite confirmation of registration.

3) By WIRE Transfer using SWIFT code (For delegates from outside INDIA):

For Wire transfer, please note the following:

1) While making Wire transfer, delegate should clearly mention his/her name in the "Narration" or "Reference Remarks" and use the same in conference registration form

4) By ON-LINE Registration with Credit/ Debit Card payment (For all delegates):

Delegates can directly make payment by on-line Credit/ Debit Card (VISA and MASTER cards only) by using the on-line option in the "Register Now" link

For payments through Demand-draft/Bankers-cheque/NEFT/WIRE Transfer proceed for registration in IWPSD 2011 only after making payment. For payment through on-line credit/debit card, directly proceed for registration using the link.

Important Note About Online Payment

As per Reserve Bank of India guidelines, from August 1, 2009 credit cards have to be registered with "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard Secure Code" to avoid any problems. Most of the people who encounter problems with paying online would be because of non registration of their credit cards with their issuing banks as now it is compulsory to register their cards with their bank authorities and then use it online without which RBI has directed all charges to be declined. All cardholders must use a Password/PIN while making any purchase online in India.
