The registration fee is applicable for all the participants including the plenary/invited speakers. It includes a copy of the workshop proceedings, Lunch on Conference days and invitation to Cultural programme and workshop Banquet.

50% of the registration fee will be refunded post conference for cancellations done before November 30, 2011. No refunds for cancellations will be made after November 30, 2011. For cancellation of hotel reservations, the respective hotel policies apply. Please check the terms & conditions with the hotel at the time of hotel booking.
