Live Cell Imaging Lab
Users are requested to book their slot in advance
(atleast 24 hours prior to imaging) .
Please note that Confocal Microscope is an important facility run by research students
and faculty members. Please book slots responsibly. Make bookings only when you are sure to use them. In case you submitted the request, but could not print the invoice for some reason, then you can print this invoice and submit to the Lab-in-charge.(click here to print invoice)

Please submit the hard copy of the generated invoice along with the Form 114 (Lab Facility Usage Charges) by 4:30 PM on the day before the booked slot. Also please send an e-mail to "ravindr@iitk.ac.in" between 10 AM and 4:30 PM as soon as user is requesting for a slot to avoid Auto Rejection. If the confirmatory e-mail has not been received the booking is automatically cancelled.

If the concern PI is not available, please get the signature of acting PI, no booking will be considered without a signature of the PI on Form 114 and invoice. |
| 3) | Confirming the booking by phone/Mobile will not be considered at all. Please submit the necessary papers/documents and e-mail to the operator in time. |

Bring your CD/DVD to take the data.

Note:
- Dropping a mail is mandatory as soon as user has request for a slot. If the concerned user fails to do so then the slot will be Autodropped.
- In the Form 114, please complete the "Part A" only. No need to fill the "part B".
