Areas of Research:
- Statistical mechanics of molecular liquids, soft condensed matter and interfaces. Using techniques of equilibrium and non-equilibrium statistical mechanics, including density functional theory and computer simulations, we investigate the structure and dynamics of complex liquids in bulk, at solid-liquid and membrane-liquid interfaces and in confined geometry. Theoretical and computer simulation studies of chemical reactions in condensed phase constitute another major area of our research.
