The Class of 1970 generously contributed towards the upgrade and expansion of the existing gym facilities on the campus. During its 50th reunion in February 2023, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held in the presence of IITK Director, Prof. Abhay Karandikar. Through this project, IIT Kanpur aims to provide state-of-the-art gym facilities and add new features as well.
