Dr. Dev Joneja

Dr. Dev Joneja (BT/ME/1984) serves as the Chairman of Risk at ExodusPoint Capital Management, a leading global multi-strategy investment firm. He joined the firm at its launch and previously served as its Chief Risk Officer. Over the years, he has played a key role in shaping and overseeing the firm's risk management strategy.

Profile

Dr. Joneja received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1984 and earned his doctorate in Operations Research from Cornell University.

Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Dr. Joneja served as Global Head of Risk at Millennium Management LLC, where he oversaw risk management across all products and led the firm's Risk Department. Before joining Millennium in 2009, he spent thirteen years at Lehman Brothers, serving as Head of Fixed Income Research in Europe and Global Head of Lehman Indices and POINT (Portfolio Analytics). Earlier in his career, he was a faculty member at the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University, New York.
