The Women’s Association, IIT Kanpur, organized a vibrant Sankranti Celebration on January 18, 2026, bringing together faculty, staff, students, and their families for an afternoon of joy and togetherness. The event was marked by traditional Sankranti delicacies, colorful kite flying, and engaging games for all age groups.

The village-style food stall and pottery workshop conducted by Ranjit Singh Rozi Shiksha Kendra, IIT Kanpur added a unique cultural touch and were widely appreciated by attendees.
