. Visitors’ Hostel office will send an acknowledgment of the cancellation request via email. Indenters must ensure the cancellation request is acknowledged by the Visitors Hostel office.

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Booked Dining
- More than 24 hours before meal time: No cancellation charges.
- Between 24 hours and 6 hours before meal time: 25% of the actual bill for standard menu; 25% or more for special menu, depending upon the menu.
- Less than 6 hours before meal time: 100% of the actual bill.
- No-show: 100% of the actual bill.
