2023 Flexible Electronics Workshop

on

Printed Electronics for Industrial Participants

 

Aimed towards convergence of printing and electronics

Organized by National Centre for Flexible Electronics, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur

Objectives

  • Introduction of large area flexible electronics by printing to participants from the industry
  • Share the capabilities (printing, device technology, system integration,...) and resources available to implement printed flexible electronics at FlexE Centre, IIT Kanpur
  • Discuss case studies of product development at the FlexE Centre and explore potential for collaboration with industry
  • Identify technological and business solutions for flexible electronics using existing expertise in industry (eg. printing, inks, materialsynthesis, ...)

The workshop will be held as per the details below:

Date: 22nd July, 2023 (Saturday)
Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Venue: FlexE Centre at IIT Kanpur

This course may be attended by:

  • Persons from the industry with an interest to learn about the emergent area of Flexible Electronics.
  • Anyone with keen interest in technology and commercialisation. Technical background in printing, inks, and/or electronics will help.

We expect participants to participate for the full duration of the courseto make it meaningful.

  • Healthcare solutions
  • Strategic applications
  • Process and equipment
  • Hybrid integration and applications
  • Roll-to-roll (R2R) processes and equipment

Registration

To register for the workshop, please fill the online registration form before 5 pm on 12th July, 2023 *Extended till 5 pm on July 17, 2023.  A registration fee of Rs.1000 (per person) is to be paid by bank transfer to online by SBI Collect and indicate Flexible Electronics in the purpose filed.
