Shri Nishith Mohan

Shri Nishith Mohan is Program Lead - BIM Outsourcing at Taylorbird, Inc., a SaaS platform company for the multi-family real estate owners that generates 98% accurate property models from public data and uses these models for smarter asset and construction operations management. He is a seasoned technocrat having 35+ years of consulting, conceptualization, proposal writing, bid management, project execution in IT, ITES, Engineering Design & Research with 28 years in senior management roles. He holds a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. His diverse entrepreneurial skills are demonstrated through his co-founding of Synapse, Are-En-Ciel Exim Co. Pvt. Ltd., Graphic Conversion & Software India, and Apice Solutions Private Limited. These ventures span various sectors including software product distribution, merchant exports, IT consultancy and services, and certified sourcing of industrial components.Shri Nishith Mohan played a key role in establishing the Alum Covid & Medical Support group, contributing to saving hundreds of lives. As a lead volunteer in the Covid India Initiative, he mobilized critical medical supplies and infrastructure. As the 1998 Batch Coordinator, he has also been instrumental in supporting fundraising efforts and organizing various initiatives. Honouring his stellar contributions in the fields of Technology Leadership, Strategic Delivery, and Community Engagement, IIT Kanpur confers upon Shri Nishith Mohan the Distinguished Services Award 2025.
