Mr. Satya Gupta is the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Virsec since 2015. His expertise lies in strategic and tactical business performance and planning, product architecture; cross-functional experience in marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
Mr. Gupta did his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1982. Subsequently, he completed his Master's from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 1985. He served as Chief Engineer/ Managing Director at Eastern Telecom and Tech Ltd from 1986 to 2000. He then later worked at Narad Networks as a Director of Firmware Engineering from 2000 to 2005. He then went on to serve as a Principal in Virtual Security labs for 10 years from 2005-2015 and managed software design, data networking, architected, developed a highly scalable, distributed, secure, auto-configurable, wireless Embedded SCADA Platform for Fortune 100 Client and focused on development, operations, business strategy, sales, and marketing. Mr. Gupta founded Virsec in 2015 where he led the development team in building a next-generation automated product that differentiates application code from malware, deterministically, in milliseconds. He has 12 patents to his credits.
