Innovative Technical Solutions (ITSI) is an award-winning infrastructure and environmental firm that has an extensive experience of working with the federal government departments and other agencies worldwide. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building company. In 2009, IIT Kanpur conferred upon Dr. Shukla the Distinguished Alumnus Award for his outstanding entrepreneurial excellence and managerial skills.
