Indian Candidates:
  1. Reservations [EWS/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/DAP] shall apply as per Government of India (GoI) norms.

  3. Click the link for the concerned department to get detailed information about the department.
  4. Students who are in the final year of their programme (likely to finish the programme by January 05, 2026) may also apply and secure provisional admission for the session commencing in January 2026 (2025-26-II Semester).
  5. Financial support (Institute Assistantship/Scholarship) will be provided to non-sponsored PhD and MS (By Research).
  6. Those employed in industry or a college/university/institute may apply for admission as sponsored, external or part-time candidates. Withdrawn from the Programme:
  1. The last date of withdrawal from the programme (with Rs 1000/- deduction) is December 13, 2025. If withdrawal is received after aforesaid date then the deduction will be as per institute norms.
  2. Refund processing will be taken up after January 15, 2026. Refund may take up to 21 working days.
  3. Withdrawal applications should be submitted through the below mentioned link along with below mentioned documents:

    1. Signed application for withdrawal consisting of all details like Application number, Department, Program, Amount paid.

Foreign Nationals:

How To Apply

  • The online application portal will be available from October 21, 2025 (Tuesday), 02:00 PM to November 10, 2025 (Monday), 02:00 PM "Important Links". .
  • Indian as well as Foreign Nationals can apply only through online mode of application. The deadline for application in online mode is November 10, 2025, 02:00 PM.
  • MS (By Research) / PhD Programme: Applicants are requested to register and submit their applications through link given on "apply online" page.
  • The application fee is Rs. 500 for General, EWS, OBC and OBC-NCL candidates and Rs. 250 for SC/ST and all DAP candidates. The application fee is waived for candidates in the 'Foreign National' category.
  • Application Fees is Non-Refundable
  • A separate application form is to be filled for each programme or department.
