A talk by Dr Neelima Deshpande was held in February 27, 2017. Dr Neelima Deshpande is a urogynaecologist and obstetrician, psychosexual therapist and counselor by profession. She is an avid animal lover and has worked with various animal welfare charities and NGOs in UK and India. She has been trained with Jan Fennel, the dog listener, in advanced canine communication in 2006 and has learnt a variety of positive psychology training techniques for dogs including agility, heel work to music and clicker training. She has been working in a group of doctors in Pune area with focus on solving the problem of stray dogs.
