WA launched an employment initiative for outhouse children. WA partnered with Eezy Naukari, a web enabled recruitment platform for entry level jobs and in the unorganised sector. 18 to 30 year old boys, who can read and write hindi, and preferably have passed High School, were invited for a talk and interaction with Eezynaukari executives. They helped in preparing attractive CV. Talk was held on October 16, 2016 at the Faculty Club. More than 25 campus boys attended the talk.
