E-factor during Techkriti

The element of ‘Entrepreneurship’ in the annual technical festival Techkriti is manifested in the form of E-Factor, organised by SBERTC and E-Cell, IIT Kanpur.

It has showcased eminent speakers like Mr Narayan Murthy ( Infosys) and Mr Ajay Chowdhury to inspire the students in E-Speak. It also provides a platform to young start-ups from across the country where they market their products for fund raising in Start-up Showcase and Elevator Pitch. There is a Panel Discussion with several VCs and businessmen to discuss the challenges and scope of college start-ups in India. Ideas is the International start-up challenge held along the lines of Harvard and Wharton B-Plan competitions to drive the zeal of crazy young enthusiasts. Several workshops and networking sessions are also organised to achieve the overall aim of promoting and supporting entrepreneurs.
