Workshop by Prof. Sunil Handa IIMA- August 2012 : Upon graduation Mr. Sunil Handa joined FAIR – ‘Foundation to Aid Industrial Recovery’ where he revived a sick unit in Bhavnagar. He later started ‘Core Consultants Pvt. Ltd.’ with his brother which had a turnover of over Rs 1 crore in a year. Continuing his entrepreneurial journey he then started a pharmaceutical company. His journey to success remains a source of motivation for many people.

Sunil Handa, an Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad’ alumni, is the founder of Ekalavya SchoolIn accordance with the main objective of fostering entrepreneurial spirit in young minds, a guest workshop was organized for the students by SBERTC, IIT Kanpur. The influence of Prof. Handa’s inspiring talks has spread far and wide. He ignited the passion of entrepreneurship in students. It was a two day motivational workshop which saw a participation of over 200 students. The talk was followed by one to one session, in which students discussed their ideas and planned on how they were going to implement their idea.Sunil Handa is currently running the school, he teaches class of IIMA lessons on entrepreneurship and has been taking LEM since 1992.

Industrial Trip :

In December 2012, Prof Handa accompanied and mentored students for industrial visits to various industries including packaging, printing, gravure, casting and healthcare.
