Mathematica 13 Installation Guide

The Mathematica 13 software is available for download from the CC FTP site. For older versions, check the FAQ page.
Download Mathematica 13

Download the file to a local drive (e.g., D:\), extract the zip, and run the setup.

License Server: akash3.cc.iitk.ac.in

Campus network connectivity is required. Configure DNS Suffixes if using static IP (how-to).

Step 1

Click on the "Next" button.

Step 2

Select the destination folder and click "Next".

Step 3

Select components to install (or leave default) and click "Next".

Step 4

Select Start Menu folder and click "Next".

Step 5

Ready to install. Click the "Install" button.

Step 6

Wait for the installation process to complete.

Step 7

Installation Complete. Click "Finish" to launch.

Step 8

Wait for initialization of Mathematica.

Step 9

In Wolfram Product Activation, Select "Other ways to activate".

Step 10

Select "Connect to a network license server".

Step 11

Enter Server Name: akash3.cc.iitk.ac.in and click "Activate".

Step 12

Accept the terms and click "OK".

Mathematica 13 is ready to use.
