The Organizing Committee of ICWM2010 is
pleased to announce that financial support will be available for
participation in ICWM 2010 from the organizers of ICWM2010 in the
following two categories.
• Full financial support for a number of research scholars and working
mathematicians working in India (click
here for details).
• Partial support for a limited number of
mathematicians from developing and economically disadvantaged countries
in Asia, with emphasis on countries neighboring India, other than India
(click
here for the list of
countries, and
here for other
details).
Applications for financial support must be
submitted online on or before February 28, 2010 . Selected applicants
will be informed by March 31, 2010.
 Last Date for Applying is EXTENDED till MARCH 24, 2010.
Note: Financial support will be
given only to those participants who attend the entire Conference.
Interested people working/teaching in the mathematical sciences
including research scholars are encouraged to apply for financial
support.
Please note that all applicants for
financial support from ICWM must pre-register for the International
Congress of Mathematicians 2010 (ICM 2010). You have to do so
irrespective of whether you will be attending ICM2010. The
pre-registration access key (obtained by pre-registering for ICM2010)
will be required as the first step in the process of applying for
support for ICWM.
