Note:

  • For creating new account, please visit HARS Portal
  • Users can create or renew accounts on a quarterly basis until January 2026. On April 30,2025 the quarterly renewal and new account creation process will be allowed for three quarters. Users can renew or create a new account for 1, 2, or 3 quarters using the HARS Portal. By the end of July, 2025 users will have the option to renew for 1 or 2 quarters, whereas by the end of October, 2025 users will have the option to renew for 1 quarter.
  • Any user renewing/joining before the completion of a quarter must pay for the whole quarter.
  • All users must pay for the account creation and renewal charges.
  • User's Manual can be downloaded from here.

  3. Fill in the HPC Profile before applying.
