NOTIFICATION IN RESPECT TO SPECIACILIST OPD AT HEALTH CENTRE, IIT KANPUROn recommendation of HCUC and approval of Director, IIT Kanpur the following specialty OPD’s will be started w.e.f. 27 August, 2015 at Health Centre.
Note: Dr. Sanjai Rastogi will commence OPD consultation from 5th September 2015. Registration :Time of the registration (online/offline) will start 30 minutes before the scheduled OPD to a maximum of 10 patients per OPD. OPD working procedure:Specialist will give consultation and prescription as per the present working practice of Health Centre Medical Officers. The specialist will be provided with all information in relation to working of Health Centre i.e. re-imbursable/non re-imbursable and available/non available medicines in Health Centre, list of empanelled Diagnostic Centers etc. Patients will follow all the rules and regulations of re-imbursement for medication and investigation as per the present practice i.e. The patient will have to get verification of Non-available medication and Investigation (at HC) by the concern specialist. Eligibility for specialist OPD consultation.All IITK employees/students and their dependents having a valid Medical Booklet (including retired employees). Specialty OPD consultation for Non-entitled patients:Non-entitled campus residents may consult the specialist on mutual understanding, (consultation fee to be borne by the concerned patients) they will be allowed consultation after the regular OPD is over to a maximum number of 2 patients. |

OPD OF INSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVISOR AT HEALTH CENTRE IIT KANPURThe OPD of Medical Advisor will commence from 12.09.2015 the details of which are as under:
Registration :Time of the registration (online/offline) will start 30 minutes before the scheduled OPD. Working procedure:Prof. Rakesh Chandra will give consultation and prescription as per the present working practice of Health Centre Medical Officers. The Medical Advisor will be provided with all information in relation to working of Health Centre i.e. reimbursable/non reimbursable and available/non available medicines in Health Centre, list of empanelled Diagnostic Centers etc. Patients will follow all the rules and regulations of re-imbursement for medication and investigation as per the present practice i.e. The patient will have to get verification of Non-available medication and Investigation (at HC) by the Medical Advisor.
