Every year on November 2, the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur celebrates its Foundation Day, marking the Institute’s remarkable journey of excellence and impact. On this special occasion, an eminent Chief Guest is invited and the Institute honours its alumni and faculty by conferring its most prestigious recognitions across various categories, including Institute Fellows, the Distinguished Alumni Award, the Satyendra K. Dubey Memorial Award, the Distinguished Service Award, and the Young Alumni Award.
