Accomodation
Accommodation in the Institute guest house is limited and would be made available to the invited guests only. For student delegates, the accommodation will be provided on campus. Accommodation details shall be updated regularly. Please keep checking the conference page for further details. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information you may require.
All the male participants are required to report at the Hall Office, Hall of Residence 5.
At night volunteers will be present near the hall office.
Similarly female participants are required to report to the Hall Office, Hall of Residence 6.
Hall of Residence 6 is also called GH 2. It is located near health centre.
Visitors are adviced to enter their details at the entrance of IIT Kanpur main gate. Do not leave the vehicle at the main gate. Move towards respective halls. Feel free to call our volunteers for assistance.
There are canteens in each Hall which remain open till 2 am. Canteens at Hall 4 and 5 are known for quality service. A restaurant functions till 10 pm at the shopping complex inside the campus.
Beddings will be provided in the rooms by hall administration. For essentials, the shops at the shopping complex remain open till 9 pm.
