Fieldwork Overview:

Pranusha Kulkarni’s work employs a case study design to critically examine sub-national energy transition governance, using Karnataka as the focal case. This bottom-up analysis investigates the governance dynamics of solar transition in the state, integrating policy analysis with an in-depth evaluation of the justice perceptions of communities living around the Pavagada Solar Park.
