Valedictory Ceremony: HAL Short Term Training Programme
Successful completion of a short-term intensive training program organized for the 44th batch of Management and Design Trainees of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
As a part of the training program organized by Prof Bishakh Bhattacharya, the trainees also worked on projects related to aeronautical and mechanical design. For 10 weeks, faculty members from the Departments of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kanpur have trained 48 HAL employees as part of induction training program.
It was a pleasure to host Dr. G Srikantha Sharma, Executive Director, HAL. The program brings out the future possibilities of greater collaboration between HAL & IIT Kanpur in the fields of training, research and development of new technologies.
