Abstract Submission


INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION

                    This is an invitation to individuals and organisations engaged in research and development in archaeology, Heritage documentation, Cultural Resource Management(CRM) and related areas and intreasted in amalgamation of new digital techniques in their work.

                    Institutions, organisations and funding agencies having interest in the area are requested to extend their support to the workshop by liberal grants and institutional sponsorship of delegates. Manufacturers of commercial products are invited to exhibit their products at the conference and advertise their products in the Souvenir.

 

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

                    Participants interested in attending the workshop are advised to register at http://www.iik.ac.in/arch3d/. Paper submission is not mandatory for participation as the purpose is to generate awareness.

                    However, a few selected papers will also be presented and intrested authors are invited to submit abstracts clearly stating the aims and conclusion of the work carried out.



CALL FOR PAPERS, POSTERS & EXHIBITS

              Extended abstracts (not exceeding 800 words) of papers (not exceeding 3000 words) and/or posters (in a display area not exceeding 2m x 1m) reporting work on projects, are invited. Prototype products (hardware and software) for exhibition and demonstration are especially welcome. Authors of papers are encouraged to present their work additionally at the poster session which facilitates enhanced exposure of their work and better opportunity for discussions and exchange of information among those particularly interested in the work. Authors may also present in the poster session, any other work of their group relating to the subject of the workshop.


              Manufacturers/vendors exhibiting commercial products at the workshop may make a brief technical presentation of their products during the workshop.
