About Scilab
Scilab is free and open source software for numerical computation providing a powerful computing environment for engineering and scientific applications. Scilab has a high level programming language allowing access to advanced data structures, 2-D and 3-D graphical functions. For older versions, check the FAQ page.
Getting Started
The Scilab software is available for download from the CC FTP site.
Download Scilab 2025
Download the file to a local drive (e.g., D:\) and run it.
Installation Walkthrough
Swipe or tap arrows to navigate
Run the setup and click on the "OK" button.
Click on the "Next" button.
Accept the License Agreement and click on the "Next" button.
Select the destination location (Default recommended) and click on the "Next" button.
Select "Full Installation" and click on the "Next" button.
Click on the "Next" button.
Select the file association and click on the "Next" button.
Click on the "Install" button.
Click on the "Finish" button to complete the installation.
Installation Complete!
Scilab 2025 is ready to use.
