Q-Mat is the flagship conference organized by the practising quantum condensed matter community in India to meet and present their latest research to peers. The conference brings together researchers, working in various experimental/ theoretical or technological aspects, under a single umbrella.
The 2022 edition is being held at the picturesque campus of IIT Kanpur in hybrid mode.

Arrival by Air: Kanpur is mostly served by the airport of the city of Lucknow and is about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive from IIT Kanpur. Prepaid taxis/Ola/Uber are available. The one way fare is about Rs 2500.
Arrival by Train: IIT Kanpur is located at a distance of about 16 kilometers from the Kanpur Central Railway Station. It is possible to hire taxis (about Rs. 350) and auto rickshaws (about Rs.220) to IITK from the station. It takes about 40 minutes to an hour to drive from Kanpur Central railway station to IIT Kanpur.
