April 14 -16 2003, DGP team extended the network of STPI Lucknow and lighten up the Ambedkar mela organised by UP Goverment at Laxman mela ground, Lucknow. People at mela enjoyed internet over Wi- Fi link for three days.

Usage of Wi- Fi link for different application like Telemedicine, Aggriculture,Vigilence etc are also demonstrated. Many officials and ministers of UP Goverment visited the mela and shown keen interest in the use of this technology to serve the society.
