Nominations are invited for the following posts in Core Team, Antaragni 2012.

• 1.      Festival Coordinator

  2.      Head, Security

  3.      Head, Finance

  4.      Head, Marketing

  5.      Head, Events (Major Events and Competitions)

  6.      Head, Events (Show Management)

  7.      Head, Events (Public Relations)

  8.      Head, Events (Media and Publicity)

  9.      Head, Events (Design)

  Eligibility requirements:

    o The candidate must have a CPI of 6.5

    o The candidate must not be on Warning/AP/AP*

    o The candidate must have a guaranteed stay in the institute till December 2012.

• INTERVIEW GUIDELINES:

1. Your Presentation should clearly put forth your Vision for the post and the major procedural and structural changes you wish to bring about along with the things you wish to continue from the past years. The presentation should broadly try to cover every domain which comes under the post you have applied for along with other things which you think are important enough to emphasize. A time-lined plan of Action would be a plus. This presentation and interview along with your ideas, vision and abilities for the post, will also judge your communication and presentation skills.
    

2. The interview for the post of Festival Coordinator shall include a presentation for 13 mins. This shall be followed by questions for about 12 mins.
    

3. For all other posts, interviews shall include a presentation of 7 mins and would be followed by Questions for about 8 mins.
    

4. Candidates who have applied for more than 1 post shall have ONLY 1 INTERVIEW. However, for each additional post the candidate would be given 2 minutes extra for his presentation.
    

5. A good presentation does not imply a fancy presentation. So don't waste all your time in making it look fabulous. Just try to convey your ideas clearly.
    

6. The candidates who apply for the post of Festival Coordinator are asked to submit in writing their Dream Team, which is a list of candidates that they believe are suitable for the other posts.
    

7. The interview panel for the post of Festival Coordinator shall consists of the following people:

      i.   Convener, Students Senate
ii.  President, Students Gymkhana.

      iii. General Secretary of the respective council.
iv. Previous Festival Coordinator  
 

      For the other posts in the team the panel shall also include the Respective Core Team Member from the previous year.
