Diving, of any kind, is not allowed in the swimming pool during regular slots.
In the deep end, lanes 1-5 are reserved for male swimmers while lanes 6-8 are reserved for females, during regular slots.
In the deep end, you are not allowed to swim along the breadth of the pool.
In the deep end, changeover of lanes during swimming is not allowed.
In the deep end, floating on your back is not allowed as it may result in collision with advancing swimmers from the opposite side.
Crossing over from the deep end to the shallow end without stopping at the rope (separating the two ends) is not allowed.
In the shallow end, you are only allowed to swim along the breadth of the pool.
Under-water swimming is not allowed during regular slots.
- Playful activities are not allowed in the pool.
DO NOT tamper with any equipment in the swimming pool and the dressing room.
