Applications are invited for the post of Senior Project scientist to work under a R&D project at Chemical Engineering. The work involves chemical analysis, maintenance of instruments, data interpretation and report preparation. The post is purely temporary.

Essential Qualification: PhD +2 Yrs experience in (Biosciences or Chemical Engineering)

Desirable: Candidate should have working experience in cleanroom environment. Candidate must have hands-on experience in functionalization (chemical and biological) silicon/ flexible surfaces for biosensing applications. Selected candidate are supposed to work in the team in developing biosensor prototype. He should have good understanding on surface plasmon resonance and fluorescence microscopy

Salary: 27000 – 2700 - 54000

Duration of Appointment: One Year
