Application are invited for one post of Project Associate for STC Project at Department of Materials Science & Engineering

Qualifications Requirement:

Educational: B.Tech in Metallurgy/ Materials Science or related field (from reputed institution or university) with valid GATE score in the above fields.

Technical:

• Familarity with characterization equipments like Optical Microscope, SEM, TEM, XRD and mechanical testing methods (like tensile testing, hardness measurement, fatigue testing, impact testing) is required
• Familiarity with analysis programs like Excel, Origin, MATLAB, MATCH is required
  

Desirable:

• Candidates with at least six months research experience in research lab will be given preference.
• Additionally, he should be comfortable to work till late hours based on requirement of the project.

Salary Range: 10000-1000-20000/ (Consolidated) per month.

The post is purely temporary for six months.
