"Computational Analysis of AlGaN/GaN Epitaxial Systems"

Minimum Qualification

M.Tech

Knowledge & Experience required

Design of computational models. Use of ABAQUS for solving problems using finite element method. Use of thermal strains in simulations and restart analysis. Knowledge of epitaxial growth, precipitation, metal and rubber elasticity.

Preferred additional qualifications

Experimental skill related to buckling analysis. Some research experience with ABAQUS.

Salary scale

15000-1500-30000
(actual salary will be decided by the selection committee)
