Applications are invited for one temporary post of Research Associate (RA) position in a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) New Delhi, sponsored project, entitled “Supramolecular Chirogenasis in the Bisporphyrin-Based systems upon Interactions with Bidentate Ligands: Origin, Control, and Application” tenable at Department of Chemistry,  IIT Kanpur under the supervision of the undersigned.    

Emoluments: Rs. 22,000 per month (as per CSIR rules)
               
The position is purely temporary and for 1 year initially. After the first year the tenure could be extended subject to satisfactory performance.  

Educational qualification:  M.Sc with PhD

Desirable: Experience on computational study (DFT) of transition metal compounds and/or good work experience on the inorganic synthesis and spectroscopy along with handling of air sensitive compounds
