Applications are invited for one post of “Junior Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow” for a sponsored project of the CSIR titled “Structural and Biochemical Studies to Understand the Biological Role of a Highly Conserved GTPase/ATPase YchF.” at BSBE department, IIT Kanpur

Essential Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech./M.Sc. in Life Sciences or related area.

Desirable: NET / GATE Qualified, 1st Class Master’s degree in area of Biotechnology. Sound knowledge and experience in Proteomics, Protein purification, Enzymology/ Structural Biology/Biochemistry Lab.

Salary Range: Rs. 16000 to 22000

The post is purely temporary upto 31/12/2014 and can be further extended on the basis of performance.
