Advertisement for the Position of Manager of Planning and Communication
We are inviting applications for the position of Manager of Planning and Communication to oversee planning, coordination, and communication activities in ongoing projects.
(I) No. of Posts: 01
(II) Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: B.Tech / M.Tech or B.S./M.S. or MBA
- Minimum work experience: 4 years
- Maximum work experience: 8 years
Preference will be given to the candidates from Tier I institutions.
(III) Salary Range: ₹89,000 – 2,00,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
(IV) Duration of Appointment: The initial appointment will be for a period of three years, extendable if required for another two years based on performance.
(V) Specialization and Desirable Experience:
Essential Technical Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management platforms, communication systems, and generative AI.
- Financial Management: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Essential Non-Technical Skills:
- High intelligence and strong analytical mind
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to learn independently and quickly
- Strong work commitment and self-motivation
- Passion and drive to go beyond defined goals and benchmarks
