Applications are invited for temporary or contractual post of Senior Project Associate under the project entitled “Development of Gas Sensing System for Detection of Adulteration and Milk Spoilage (Phase -II)” at National Centre for Flexible Electronics, IIT Kanpur.
For the Position of “Senior Project Associate”
Role: Embedded Systems Engineer
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech + 1 year relevant experience OR Post graduate + 1 years relevant experience OR Graduate + 4 years relevant experience
Desirable Experience:
- Strong programming and debugging skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Hands-on experience in Embedded Systems and IoT development.
- Knowledge of basic Android Development to interface using Bluetooth or OTG communication.
- Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience in system design and firmware development on ARM Cortex, PIC, MSP430, AVR, and DSP-based platforms.
- Familiarity with RTOS development.
- Proficiency in communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, Bluetooth, and USB OTG.
- Hands-on experience with ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and other open-source hardware platforms.
- Working knowledge of wireless communication protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, Zigbee, etc.).
- Experience with Test and Measurement Equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.
Salary: Rs. 25900-2100-63700/- per month based on qualification
Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract or till end of Project whichever is earlier
