Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Outreach Activities. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Experience: MCA/ MSc

Desirable Experience

• Experience in managing academic, training, executive education, internship, outreach, certification, and professional development programs in higher education organizations like IITs/NITs/IIMs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, online learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, and database management tools.
• Familiarity in handling various official portals of the Institute and Ministries.
• Experience in coordinating with faculty members, educational institutions, government agencies, industry partners, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution
• Experience in preparing reports, detailed proposals, official correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Strong communication in Hindi and English, with demonstrated problem-solving skills, independent work capability, and a collaborative team spirit.
