Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Outreach Activities. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.
Name of the Post: Assistant Project Manager
Number of Posts: 02 (Two)
Salary Range: 16000-1300-38000 (The salary will be based on qualifications and experience)
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate OR Graduate degree + 3 years relevant experience.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for a motivated Student Admissions Counsellor with strong communication and persuasion skills, able to make high-volume calls and follow-ups daily. You will guide prospective students toward our programs and support their informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50–80 outbound calls daily and follow up within 24–48 hours.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM after each call.
- Counsel students on courses, admissions, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Collaborate with other teams; report daily activities.
- Suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
- Assist with other office tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in student counselling, admissions, tele-calling, or related roles; education sector or consultative sales experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills (English and local languages).
- Goal-driven, energetic, patient, and resilient in high-call-volume settings.
- Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and web conferencing tools.
- Empathetic and professional in student engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; education, communications, business, or psychology preferred.
