Applications are invited from highly motivated young persons for one post of Assistant Project Manager for performing administrative and technical work in the IIT Kanpur-La Trobe University Research Academy, IIT Kanpur.

Post: Assistant Project Manager (One)

Project Title: Latrobe Research Academy (LATROB/LATR/2020378)

Minimum Qualification:

• BCA/BE (Computer Science) and MBA with 70% marks in the highest qualification and at least 2 years of experience in the desirable field.

Desirable Qualification: Candidate with background in communication with foreign persons and administration, audit, payments & purchasing, organizing online meetings, and with sound knowledge of computer and website development will be preferred.

Nature of Work: Organizing meeting with the preparation of agenda and minutes, administrative tasks, telephonic as well as email communication with La Trobe University Melbourne Australia, students data handling, support to students and their supervisors, assistance over recruitment process of the academy, payments and purchasing, settlement of bills, handling social media accounts of the academy, website updating, communication with industry persons.

Age limit: Maximum 28 years

Salary: 13200-1100-33000

The post is purely temporary and is for duration of one year and may be extended depending on the requirement. If shortlisted, copies of relevant certificates will be required, and will be checked against original certificates at the time of interview.

Only short-listed applicants will be called for an interview. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be provided to attend the interview.
