Applications are invited for post of Project Associate (one post) in the project titled “Delineation of shallow subsurface morphotectonics below the central seismic gap-Himalaya using an integration of passive and active controlled source seismology” sponsored by SERB. The appointment is purely temporary and is on contractual basis.

Minimum Qualification:  M.Sc. or B.Tech + 1 years’ experience

Candidate must have experience in the following areas:

• Coding using Matlab
• Ambient noise tomography
• inverse problems

Only short-listed applicants will be called for a telephonic interview whose date and time will be intimated by email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview in person. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview.
